Survivors not spawning
Was using mods at first with the Superb Survivors mod and thought it was to do with the mods. So I disabled all my mods except for Superb Survivors, but there's still no sign of any survivors in my game.

Try to set spawn rate at maximum

They do not spawn on my game either. Spawn rates at normal but tried with NPC spawn rate at max and no change. Tried the survivor scenarios that come with the mod but they are empty of NPCs.

No, it hasnt. I still have this issue, no errors and max spawn chance with still absolutely no other survivors even in the main camps.

Is the military base suppose to have npc? Does this means that the mod is currently broken?

did they fix it? i switched to build 41.73 and still doesn't work
