So ive been playing for a while and i have noticed that even when i re-enter the game sometimes old survivors that i manually spawn in are still there when i rejoin but 15 just dissapeared at once for whatever reason. It would be nice if there were settings regarding the respawns instead of their rates or just some way to spawn wild (non soldier) survivors in

P.S Going into different areas i have found that survivors spawn out of my render dist. meaning i have to go into different cities
