Reduce spawn rate?

How to stop certain dinos spawn and from producing element.

I love the mod concept but I consider some aspects quite op for my playstyle (such as Alpha Tek Giga and its 80k after taming and the element making) So I'd love to know if there's a way to stop to change it through the .ini file.
