I did not notice anything in Brita's Weapon Pack removing mod weapons from procedural distribution, maybe it just sets the chances for its weapons so high that with their number it's unlikely to find a weapon from another mod.
I noticed that the mod Arsenal(26) GunFighter which it uses overwrites ISReloadWeaponAction.lua, which could cause a compatibility problem with other mods. Maybe its name starting with an A makes it load early enough for it not to be noticed :/
