Removing Prisoner Chains
Hello. I don't like having prisoner chains on my prisoners. Is it possible to code in a toggle to turn on/off prisoner chains? If not, is there any other way to?

It's possible now, but if you recruit an unchained prisoner, the "buff" remains.
