Rebalancing for QoL
i like the idea that they are "heavy" robots, even by skeleton standards. but it gets rather tedious lumping amechanical Q-ball arround since their runspeed is ½ of that of a regular meatbag.

having this guy seriously just make me wish his legs fall of so i can replace them with superior scout legs

so for the rebalance i suggest changing the athletics debuf to 25% and have their movespeed at 85% the speed of a typical skeleton.
