There is a few more but I'm not sure what they are a part of, it's just sounds and visuals for the LCD's though so they aren't anything heavy. There is one other mod that I'm sure is needed just for the large capital ship cannons, it's called ABA or A Better Arsenal, it no longer works so it can be removed if desired but it's there more as a visual thing.
