The mod will then show up in the PDX launcher under "mods".
Activate it and it will begin to download the mod.
After the download is finished you might need to restart the launcher but that's really all to it.
There's also a mod loading order in the PDX launcher.
Mods are loading in from top to bottom.
But you don't need to worry about that when using ST: New Horizons and 1 UI mod, since I've made sure that it will always load in correctly.
But 99% of all mods won't have that feature....
You could go to the workshop and set it to "most popular" or and then to "all time" or check out some youtube videos recommending decent mods.
