For all of them Mac users out there (Do note this is for OSX Mountain Lion only, because it's beyond easy on Snow Leapord) Here's the instructions:
(BEFORE DOING ANY THING UNDER HERE, EXTRACT THE FILES OF ANCHOR MATERIALS AND THE WEAPON YOU WANT TO BE RESKINNED, NOT JUST THE .VPK FILE)
1. Go to Finder
2. Go to the ribbon (Bar all the way at the top)
3. Press "Go"
4. Hold down alt and press library (Will show up after holding alt)
5. Open Application Support Folder
6. Find Steam
7. Open SteamApps
8. Go to Common
9. Open Team Fortress 2 folder
10. Drag the materials and models folder to tf/custom/my_custom_stuff(Might have to make this one yourself)/
11. Load up TF2. If you get a message saying steam cloud couldn't sync or whatever, press cancel and try launching again. If this doens't solve anything, you've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
