Possible stats if not a simple re-skin
This is thinking that maybe this item could be like the crit-cola and stuff
okay, so I'd say coffee makes you hiper pretty easily, and is best consumed in the morning, so with that in mind I'd suggest this.

7 second duration
+25% move speed
+20% jump height
-30% push-back from all sources
-10% incoming damage
after effect exphires, 4 second after-effect
-15% move speed
-20 max health on wearer
charge is re-filled with amo pick-ups

any opinions on this?

No ammo pick up charge regen, remove the damage resist, 15% knockback resist instead and you have a really balanced item.

Increased speed and jump height are good, and I like the slow down after it wears off, but the rest can be done without. No need to overcomplicate the thing.

If the charge is not filled with amo pickups, then how would it be filled? I just thought that with amo pickups, you could always re-fill it at the base (maybe it could only be re-filled at the base?)

Same way as atomic punch, over time, like... 30 seconds.

but then again you do realize valve makes their own spin and makes their own stats for things
