You can change the list of models used in the sv_player.lua file, which is located in the structure of the gamemode.

https://github.com/MechanicalMind/murder/blob/master/gamemode/sv_player.lua - here you can see how this file looks inside the addon, lines 80-98 are responsible for the playermodels.
