I have decided to create a little fun mod named the Memel Reich. You start out as the independent country of Memel, and make early territorial gains through a series of peaceful annexations. You can choose to play as either Fascist or Communist and join either the Germans or Soviets in their conquest of the world, with many claims on neighbouring territory.

I have added a complete custom focus tree as well as many new states. There are some things that aren't 100% complete, such as I need some ideas for Ideas and Decisions! Please give suggestions!

The mod isn't heavily tested so I will be relying on the community to give any bug reports, but I believe that most focuses and lines work properly.

One thing that I will do if there is a call for it is make some trees for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and just make a Baltic style mod. Another thing may be to have Memel create a faction, perhaps with Scandinavian countries.
