Halloween restriction?
I really love the design, but at this point I'm not sure if it should have one or not.

This definitely feels like a Halloween-restricted item. I feel that if this is added, there's no way it won't have a restriction on it. Regardless, I'd prefer if it wasn't restricted.

It's a great item but I feel like it would take away the overall 'sniper' look which would go against the meta of the game, a Halloween restriction would make sense

This should only exist IF it's Halloween Restricted.

I don't know of any sniper cosmetics this absurd which aren't.

The concept is still relevant to keep the hitboxes reliable and clear as possible.

In this case, it would be halloween restricted. Because it affect the "form" of a bodypart of the Sniper.

thats gonna be a fat no, some of the best cosmetics are halloween restricted so seeing another great cosmetic fall victim to this is heart breaking
