can confirm this. they usually dont bulid them cause no one in the raid has the required construction skill.
also raids tend to only use the initiall shells dont get any resupply and just fire rocks at you like with the catapult

Same for me. The mod page says:

Inability to build rocket turrets is a bug with mortar accuracy since they updated to 1.1. Until the matter is fixed, the only way to fix it is to disable Mortar Accuracy.

But I don’t use the mod.

Not true in my case, I found one enemy during a raid with 10 in Construction, and Artillery requires 6.

Not sure if I understood it correctly, but they mentioned that [XND]Turret Extensions mod might help with enemy raids that sometimes load their mortars and artillery with stone chunks.

Anyone find a solution yet?

From my testing there seems to be 2 problems.

1. an enemy pawn with 6 construction isn't guaranteed

2. enemy pawns loiter in the area where the artillery is going to be constructed preventing it from being built and delivered to. somehow this is prevented in vanilla mortars by the game allowing resources to be delivered and construction to occur even when the space is occupied by a pawn when a siege builds mortars while player placed mortars don't allow this to be done.

edit: completely lost as to what causes the issue I can no longer reproduce it and number 2 doesn't cause it like I though it did.
