Pang De is wont die
Pang De gets to a point 4.2k health exactly then wont die, im unsure exactly but he is also unbreakable so he wont retreat and i just lose entire fully stacked armies to him

Yeah I have been having that issue myself, the only work around I've found is to delegate the battles that involve Pang De till the problem is fixed.
