I think there is some issues with such events. I have them too. but since it appeared so often, I removed the mod.

Blank texts are due to the English pack not being updated properly. I know the debut submod has bunch of events not translated but they're usually notifications about receiving items or certain character joining somewhere etc. Functionality-wise, you could just ignore it, until the language pack is updated (which I hope soon)

I have noticed these events also and some of them are for characters like Sima Yi and Xu Shu joining a faction but they appear way before the expected date of them joining the faction.
