Support Outsourcing - Version 1.9

Hey there!
Version 1.9 is now available!

Changelog:

Added Night Mode customization
Now when you enable the Night Mode and you close the mod, when you will open it again the Night Mode will be automatically enabled.
Websites that have less than 100.000.000 potential users, will pay different Support Outsourcing prices

Small changes
"Mod Settings" tab reworked
"Language Settings" content moved to "Mod Settings"
Fixed an issue where the "Pay All" button in the "Support Tickets" tab was appearing even if all of the tickets were resolved.
