Even if it is it doesn't intrude on the art style. I've read through the posts here and I see a lot of "JoJo bad" or "top hat bad". While I can agree that there is a lot of top hats in TF2 and that JoJo references as well as the fans in general can be a bit overbearing but hear me out...

Even if you disconnect it from JoJo it's just a top hat, and if you feel that top hats are oversaturated then there is nothing stopping you from not wearing them. How much does it hurt TF2 by giving something to a fairly small (but vocal) part of the community what they want?
