Definitely, maybe he could do an additional style that adds long hair and a facial scar to make an additional reference to speedwagon.

I dont think that's needed tho. Heavy can make a great speedwagon loadout using this hat Hockey Hair and literally any suit cosmetic

It SHOULD be all class, it makes more sense on a class like pyro and scout (pyro for the sledgehammer and scout for the .....speed)
