Personally i think this should also be a heavy cosmetic because there aren’t much misc’s for Demo, spy, Medic that add the blonde locks associated with our lord Speeewwagoon.

Heavy has the hockey hair (forgot the name, to bothered to look it up) and when painted gold it adds a striking resemblance to Speedwagon’s hair.

I rest my case and hope that the hat author see’s this and takes it into consideration
