More like a Cosmetic, this would be better as an Unusual Taunt. The thing, is this Cosmetic is quite big and unfit for fighting as you need to hide and fight. And its tall plus big. The hands would really be better for mimicing an Unusual Taunt.

It would be a great unusual taunt. Maybe even make a little fog/smoke arounf the fingers, because it seems off there, and the fog/smoke would hide that. It's still a great idea.
