I have noticed that a lot of players are having this issue among the custom themes for my maps. But I am not sure as to why that is. I'm sure that not only are you subbed to the theme, but also having it enabled in the Custom Content page. If that doesn't work, maybe try loading the theme within the Theme Editor and make a minor change, save it, then load the map with the newly edited theme.
Sometimes my game warns me of the custom theme when I load up a map. But I usually just ignore it because I think the game is just bugged there.
But if BonBonB had no problems loading it, then I'm not really sure what it is on your end, or other players for that matter.
