Damage dealt fills "BOO" bar. (600 damage needed to fill, like buff banner)
Once "BOO" is full, taunt to cause any enemies in heavy's line of sight (at a reasonable range) to become stunned with fear for 5 seconds.
(The taunt lasts about 2 seconds, leaving heavy himself about 3 seconds to spin up and cause a little chaos. More of a team-helping debuff on the enemy, if you can position well.)
(Also, the stun is the "half-stun" that comes from being scared of halloween bosses or hit by a short-distance sandman)
