Starting in 2000, China begins with the "rural poverty problem." If left unaddressed, it will evolve into "severe rural poverty," resulting in various debuffs. If left unaddressed, peasant rebellions will erupt, culminating in a civil war. To address this, we focused on the economy and attempted to modernize the countryside, but this only prolonged the duration of peasant rebellions and failed to prevent them. How can we resolve the peasant poverty problem and prevent a civil war in China?
