This shouldn't be added. Why? Read Below
The Engineer's "Gunslinger" Doesn't replace his hand, but just goes ontop of it, as if it were a new glove. The maker of this workshop item should know this.

This isn't true, The gunslinger is a seperate bodygroup. It does replace the hand.

His hand with the glove on goes INSIDE The gunslinger, and the fingers are remote controlled from inside.
