How to download the files??

Can somebody who speaks English please explain how to download the files??
I have tried copying the extracted version of the files into the csgo folder but it still is not working

I'll help you, but I'm using translation software, so please let me know if you have any questions.
First, you need to download the files from these two sites
Google Drive：https://drive.google.com/open?id=1v73HtNkc0c7qaKGXVNgApNd5ohLWAw6M
baidu：https://yun.baidu.com/s/1CnE6YA7L-EyyyCorcTPRwQ Password: y6c5
After that, unzip them.
You can see three files, materials, scripts and scripts
Copy the corresponding garupa from the materials,sounds in the songpack into the materials,sounds in csgo
Copy all the files in songpack/scripts/vscripts into csgo/scripts/vscripts.
Copy the garupa in MATERIALS and SOUNDS and merge them with the corresponding files in the CSGO file
After that, copy all the files in songpack/scripts/vscripts into csgo/scripts/vscripts
Then enjoy them :)
