Wasn't sure where to put this stuff and figured it'd get lost if only on a single asset.

1. Building to building pedestrian bridges/tunnels - thought it'd be a cool aesthetic to put a twist on some of your designs. I know ive seen these in my city where the hospitals have giant fancy walkways between all the different buildings so you can take patients between buildings while staying inside and not having to cross busy streets. Definitely something that could be thrown into some building sets.

2. Lower level city services - instead of just high or low density commercial, could be cool to have a small fire dept, police dept, mail office, or urgent care (mini hospital), small day cares, libraries, transportation hubs (like metro, bus, monorail etc) or parking garages (especially underground parking garage!).

3. Condo or sky scraper toppers - some cities have buildings that have attractions or restaurants on the top few floors like observation decks, rotating restaurants, rooftop bars or pools etc, OR go crazy and put one of those tiny building-side roller coasters on it, sky diving or bungee jumping. Could be cool as a way to take your builds .. to the next level (eyyyy).

3a. Combining those above ideas - underground parking garage, lower level commercial or service, mid level is office or residential, topper could be an attraction or a fancy restaurant.

4. Dense city campus - similar to stuff you have going but instead a setup for a very dense campus, not this large sprawling stuff in the game. In my current city some of the campus buildings are also HUGE tall buildings, especially dorms.
