icon offset V: -12.6 (this is how far off-center the actual mesh is, just floating in space)
icon offset yaw: 90 (to rotate from side view to front)
icon zoom: 2 (the black one is set to this, then blue and white are 3 and 4 for whatever reason)
Save the mod and quit FCS.
Go into <Kenshi directory>\data\icons\ and search "153511*-nomad cape.mod" (note the wildcard) and it should find all of them. The armor versions will be blank squares because they're literally pictures of nothing due to the offset. Delete them, start the game (make sure to include your new mod in the LO), and whenever the game goes to load them in an inventory, it won't find the file so it will generate it on-the-fly. All better!
Alternatively, if you're smart (unlike me), spend just a few more minutes searching and find that someone already made a mod that does this (and other stuff...)
TL;DR you can fix it but of course someone already did that (and then some) right here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2735125382
Thanks for this one.
