I guess i found a bug or at least someting i can't explain or change on my self.
I am using this Mod cause of a Server using this actually and the Box for Reparing, unloading/loading and so on looks like this:

We've just 2 Galleons, 1 Raft, 1Sloop, 1 Schooner and 1 Briganitine and 1 Dinghy but more and more "copies" of our Ships appear so it's nearly impossible to put in ressources for reparing.

+ suggestions : Their should be a Third Chest for Unloading/Loading ships so it's not the Same box you repair with.
