I like this a lot, it's good look and it's kinda funny how it looks like a Mexican cowboy pimp or something. I have some minor issues with the design though. The general shapes are pretty nice but it's lacking in detail, if you want to keep it consistent with other warframes it could use some more patterns especially on the shoulders face and butt. It really doesn’t need a lot of work but just by studying the existing warframes and incorporating their details it could help a lot. All in all, good work keep it up!
