How do you use Ammo Crates?

For some reason no matter what I do and what button I press, I can't get ammo from ammo crates. What button do you press to receive ammo from them?

Normaly you would recive it automaticly by standing next to the crate, I have that bug to butfor me it only gives me ammo for pistols no sniper ammo, ar ammo etc.
