My pack had worked just fine for a long time, but up until recently, whenever I use the M67 or M79 it gives me an error as well.

Some of the other weapons don't seem to work properly either, and plainly won't shoot. I've tried to enable and disable some of the uneeded addons in order to see if there was any effect on the problem, and it didn't seem to help any. I haven't uninstalled and then reinstalled them all yet, but I was wondering if someone could be of assistance before I try that, to see if it was something with the pack itself and an issue that not only I have.
