What purpose?
As i'm reading the description, i have a doubt about the purpose of this wonderful (no joke it's a great idea) syandana. Do you want it to be a normal tennogen item, or a syandana to be put on the blank excalibur fugures when their model loads?

The description is just flavor text. This syandana doesn't do anything special besides it's animation.

well , firstly I created this concept as a host migrations thing and also sort of a loading process , its something like the operator is gonna load into the warframe with transference , something like that. other than that it just a syandana of loading process , still thinking of improving it with some energy stuff and also maybe some designs improvement .

To actually answer @chinolapin's question, I think it's both a loading screen item and a cool decorative piece- what a syndana is supposed to be. I'd like to see maybe a trailing light from near the tip of each piece, that forms a circle of light as it moves. Maybe, when the 'Frame is engaged in combat, it doesn't do the loading animation and instead just remains as it appears here, with a 5-point design.
