Protests

When your Reputation is bad the People will start protesting against you. 30% Chance that they will throw some nades at you or shoot you. When you entere the City/Village/Town

Flags
When a place is occupied by the enemy there will be a flag of the faction.

Enemy Bastions

When there are enemy bastions close to anther they will start building Bases and block roades.
