Am i the only one that thinks if you support a cosmetic you should get that cosmetic for free when it comes out?
This is an awesome hat that i'd love to see in TF2, but i probably will never get it.

The creator obviously would like some compensation for making the hat and having it sold on the market. That's harder to do when everyone who wanted the hat supported him, and as a result got it for free.
