That would be the "land_units_templates_tables", to be precise the column "Num Composed Entities" for the amount of troops and "Hp Pool" for their total amount of hitpoints (increasing just the first without changing the second will spread the hitpoints among more men). The numbers of composed enitites are for normal unit sizes and will be multiplied accoring to your unit size settings.

I was wondering if that also applies to trebuchets? I was thinking of nerfing them and increasing their upkeep but increasing the total guns to 6. would that also work?
