Specifically it seems to happen in my inventory for my weapons and armors. Other things too it just seems to be happening mostly with weapons and armors.

If I drop an item that I can't appraise I can appraise it. But if I pick it back up I can't appraise while it's in my inventory. I used it be able to appraise most things. I don't know what caused it to change.
