Too short
While i accept that there are loads of syandanas in warframe that have the long, flowing effect, it is very easy to go in the opposite direction too. Personally i would suggest it being either a tiny bit longer or a tiny bit shorter, so it stops giving the same kind of look of too small clothes.

other than that, i absolutely LOVE the style, the brooch bit at the top looks awsome and blends really nicely with the actual cape part.

You could probably just enlarge the whole thing so it reaches to near the heels and it would look somewhat better without compromising the design

Current length is just fine as-is. Any longer, and we'd deal with clipping on the ground and a huge flapping syandana during bullet jumps. Any shorter, and it'd be too stiff and tacky.
