New changes Thread
I have added lots of dialog as well as made only one game start. Also players who encounter the city from other game starts will not be treated like those who used the game start. In fact the faction should not effect the overall game, so its just a new city and faction basically. Soon you'll be able to increase your rank with them and join from the outside!

Added recruitment office. Soon it will allow you to recruit units with a fair amount building material if you work your way up through the rep. Coming soon

Added lots of dialog.
Added item conditionals, so only the senator gets certain options.
You now must gather your squad up before leaving. Intend to add more dialog for each member.
Added custom buildings for squads
Added a few things to the city
You can now ask about suitable places to build from certain NPC's

The colonists and Senate Watch can now be recruited by the Major and LT. Colonists and Senate Watch will say different things to eachother. If it's a colonist speaking to a colonist they will refuse to join. If its a senate watch speaking to a colonist, it has to be an officer that recruits them. The Senator can recruit them all.

I've changed the structure of the mod. Now you must find and recruit your squad after speaking to the king. This way, i'll be able to form a narrative to the game and pace the construction of the outpost. I've also added a bar to the map, to the south of the city. Some of your squad will spawn there and I have plans to add content so recruitment isn't as easy as before.

Also i plan on adding methods for players with a different game start to get in with the faction, and play out the same quest. But for now only the recruiting can happen from within Empyrean Frontier Errants.
