Carriers bug
Since it won't let me post in the comments section. I have the same problem. Can't build carriers because missing custom slot 2 items. EQ_MOD_CAT_modern_ship_deck_type TABLE is missing there is another that starts out the same but might end differently.

Any of them, even the AI wasn't building carries. I started as the US and it wouldn't even finish building the Carriers that are in the docks at the start. Had a completion date of None. I just up dated to 1.10 and you said you have updated the mod so I'll give it a try. Although I think they updated the launcher as well and none of my mods that add like division insignia work anymore.

Hey man, do you mind messaging me on Discord? I'm trying to identify this bug but I'm trying the US here and the carriers already on the construction line are fine (at least they have an estimated completion date) and I can set up new designs without any problems.

I cant identify it. Some people have the problem, some don't. It's probably something related to compatibility.

mabye helps i use HOE on a windows 7 64 bit platform..but souldnt make diffence...
