1. If Krissy dies due to something other than player action and you don't pick up the sewer key from Kashue's desk and you complete the SilverDragon mission for PDX, you will unable to re-enter PDX HQ, and unable to advance.

2. If Evil Invasion dies due to something other than player action and you work for PDX, you will be unable to advance past the mission where you plant a spyware device on the WorldCorp level 2 servers. Evil will still send you PMs during the mission, even while dead. When you get back to PDX HQ, Kashue is standing next to Evil's computer, but the conversation can't start because Evil is dead.
