TNM Regeneration Aug not working

Regeneration aug starts then shuts off. Just not healing.
Is there a solution to fix the aug?
Have the GOTY edition and Revision. Checked integrity of files.

it heals more as you upgrade it, level one only heals grievous wounds up to a point

Thanks for the reply, I have upgraded all the way to level 4 and still would not fully heal. Didn't want to use all the aug upgrades for a weak heal. I decided to train medical for the heals as an alternative. Best game mod ever made imho.
