When i stepped close to temple doors i got it instantly but like i said he surely was not in that voodoo shop, i checked so many times

alrighty so that defines the starting point pretty well. So did you get the PM where Dark Templar congratulates you on killing Abom and that since you did that he can help?

So that narrows it down in my mind to a few different things, there may be a flag missing depending on which PM you got, and heck if you got the wrong PM for killing him early there might be a flag issue earlier in the game. Each different PM is as follows:

If you haven't killed anyone, or at least the game THINKS you didn't for some reason:
"Trestkon. I know you've just visited the vile Llamas. Please do not believe anything they say, and do not do anything they tell you to. All they want is to use you to get to us. Meet me in the Voodoo Shop in the slums. I have a proposal for you."

If you got the right PM for getting shwifty at the temple:
"I can't help but notice you've just slain the arch enemy of my faith, the evil heretic Abomination. Please honour me by meeting me at Yardbomb's Voodoo Shop in the slums. I apologize that we must meet in such a shady manner, but I must be careful these days. I shall be waiting."

I got the first message that you mentioned above, does that mean i got to start all over again? I also tried opening the temple door with cheat but i talked with every npc inside and that really didn't get me anywhere

Okay so if you got the message that you visited the llamas, not being congratulated on killing him it seems like the disconnect is happening pretty early in the Downtown Sector, will start checking there.

To salvage your run do the following inside the Voodoo Shop:
Pres T, delete say, and type: set human bcheatsenabled true
then,
Press T, delete say, and type: phasrox
navigate the spawning menu to characters, and summon Dark Templar

if that fixes the issue, your quest is functioning properly with all flags, but there was a hick up with the actual creation of the character, which could mean the error is in the Voodoo Shop map.

oh and if you dont want the CHEATS ENABLED text on your save, do bcheatsenabled false

Looks like that console thing did the trick, ill yet have to check if things are fine past this point but except that im really thankful for your advice, thanks! Also i didn't knew about this cheat menu and i just gotta apperciate the effort that you guys put into that. Kudos to you for still looking out for people reporting small glitches/bugs like this and helping out, i appericate that

thanks for the kind words! Since we have a start point for this we are gonna diagnose and see if this can be fixed. If you ever experience a character not spawning like this again the same trick will help.
