I cannot play this game no matter what, I've tried everything mentioned online for getting this to run properly for hours, but to no avail. The mouse goes crazy when I play this game. From sudden mouse acceleration, to total mouse stuttering, to spinning out or snapping all the way up or down, to stopping completely when moving too fast. It makes the game unplayable.

I don't have this problem with Revision or GMDX (which uses kentie's launcher). The problem in TNM is fixed completely when using direct/raw input in 'preferences', but then the mouse doesn't work at all in the UI, being locked to the top left corner of the screen. I think? Revision used to have these problems too and have since fixed it (i think, the paper trail is a bit murky), so they may be able to shed some light on a fix here.

Also, the game seems to force my Windows mouse acceleration (pointer options -> enhance pointer precision) on as soon as I boot it
