you have no clue how long ive been looking for that, but now I want to find the goat city portal and I cant find that either

Hey regarding the goat portal, the datavault images are being updated to reflect the new maps, but it's essentially in the same area. Near the goat hideout that you encounter in downtown mission 20. Look for bricks.
