The state files that were implemented were not the correct ones, they are already fixed and waiting to be implemented.

It will be, I just need to change it, I've been working on the focus tree first.

I mean, a suggestion I have for Virginia's focus tree is to have a section where if you went fascist, you can reform the CSA around its old values, considering fascism is primarily about the supremacy of one kind of people, so I think it would be neat.

Harry F. Byrd may not have been governor, but he was so influential that I don't doubt he would've made a power grab, as well I think some of the states could be reformed and renamed, for example, the mountainous areas of Virginia could be called the central Blue Ridge mountains, since it is the center of the Blue Ridge mountains, and perhaps Richmond be smaller with a Northern Virginia in some sense existing.
