The thirteen colonies (needs a better name)
Cascadia (washington, oregon, possibly northern cali and Idaho

Utah: Deseret
Texas: Coahila y Tejas (a former mexican state), Greater Texas (the territory claimed by texas post independence)
New York or Jersey: Something involving New Holland?
Great Lakes States: the former Northwest Territory?
Northwestern States: Cascadia or the Provisional Government of Oregon and or Oregon Country (from when it was under british rule)
California: Greater California (basically all of the land in the Mexican states of Alta/Baja California
Louisiana: All of the territory in the Louisiana Purchase?
Southern States: Confederates or Golden Circle
All States: Reform The U.S.A.

I mean you could probably take a look at any of the large borders some states had when they were territories and the government just gave them half assed boundires

You need to annex all of the states that look like the chef himself to form the nation, but you also get cores on Kentucky and Tennessee (the pan and chicken)

How about Big Iron? (Arizona and Texas)
