Does your addon repair the dual pistols as well?
By default, the dual pistols in L4D2 have a wrong position (they aren't alligned / symetrical, like in L4D1). I hope this bug is fixed in your addon.

don't know if your talking about fixing their sounds
but if you are
they probably should just make the glock shoot first and then make the p220 shoot second
