So Ive tried to use this module on every map so far and no luck first I load the map I want to play in the eden editor then I place down my units and then I place down the optre HEV module sync up the units via the editor Play as one of the units when the game loads I hear the launch beeps but im still on the ground and nothing happens im not teleported to the pods like I should be

If you have not already; unload the HEV patch and try with JUST OpTre and CBA3. If the issue is fixed, try unsubscribing and then again subscribe to the patch. Then load only CBA3, OpTre, and HEV Patch and try once more. Ensure they are actually loaded in game at the main menu, bottom left corner.

If the bug is still present, I need the never played ArmA version of reproduction steps. E.g.
1. Check X mod then load selected mods for compatability
2. Launch ArmA
3. Select editor and load terrain
4. Select and place weapons squad from Group tab -> BLUFOR -> NATO
5. Go to Module tab, search and place down "HEV Module" with default settings
6. Select all units in group, right click -> connect -> syncto, click on module
7. Select Play Singleplayer in bottom right corner

With only HEV Patch and Stable Branch of Arma 3 & Stable OPTRE, the latest update has made the Zeus Resupply ODST Drop not function-- all pods spawn, but just freeze in midair and never drop. Have isolated to CBA, OPTRE, & HEV Fix. The regular console based launch functions perfect still. Seriously seeking help as we use the OPTRE zeus drop module regularly in game. Any fix? Any way we can get a copy of the old HEV fix so we can use it in the interim? Thank you for helping an untold amount of communities with this amazing mod/fix!

I keep getting script errors in both base optre and dev build I place the HEV module down connect with the units and nothing happens but a bunch of text shows up

Fixed it, thanks for telling me.

Please re-edit the attributes of the module though before using it, if you are loading a mission project where it was already placed down. You will get errors otherwise.

Doesn't seem compatible with linux?

Was running it on my client to test (Windows) and it worked perfectly,

running it on the unit's Linux dedi box caused almost every player to CTD and being unable to load back into the server

I'd be skeptical of it being a Linux incompatibility as that would very likely be a bug with Arma itself. More likely something in the scripts, though I don't know how that would've restricted server joining in it of itself.

If you have the server RPT log file to share, that would be of help.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Linux system to test with. However, if you do test it on a Windows dedicated server under your same conditions, please let me know the results.

Sadly I don't have an RPT log since it was a while ago (8-10 months), but the only scripts that were running were the base OPTRE HEV module
Getting a problem on our server, after the loading when the timer reaches 0, we get teleported to a corner of the map, without the HEV, in free fall.

Its working fine in locally hosted servers, ive never seen this before and i have no idea whats causing this.

-Using the Console module, tested with and without the HEV settings module (The drop height and such)

Some people end up in the HEV but spawn in free fall, the drop sequence activates after they hit the ground or water, i, and some other people spawn in HALO mode in some corner somewhere.

Everything is normal, i simply placed down the module and set up their location, it works fine for everyone in their own local host servers, but in the dedicated, it breaks, we are going to do a run without the patch to see if it might be the problem.

After having issues with the HEV console in our recent ops we went to looking for solutions. This patch was brought up, but after testing it in a mission file on a dedicated server.
It teleported myself and my friend assisting me just fine (which was our initial issue), but only I launched and when I hit the ground I couldn't get out of the pod. My friend was then stuck on the frigate unable to get out or do anything within the pod. I'm sure the reason I couldn't get out was because he wasn't launching. So any help as to why he didn't launch would be appreciated.

We are having the same exact issue on our hosted server as well
Sometimes when you get out, you end up being teleported back to the corvette.
So I'm having an issue with this mod on a liberation server I run, and the pods do work when the patch is not loaded by the server. Basically, the engine startup noise never starts and the pods do nothing when the countdown reaches zero. I'm running the mission on a dedicated linux server, so my theory is linux is the issue, as the base HEVs work, albiet with all the bugs they've always had. Also when spawning the support ai module the pods stay in place in the air where spawned
