Sorry for such a late response. I've not done much with DayZ in a while due to lack of interest but I reached out to other modders on what your issue might be and I've been told it sounds like a key issue and to reinstall the mod. I haven't updated the mod in a while but it worked when I updated it last and should still work now since the items are just reskins of things already in the game.

I looked into it and the problem and it should now be fixed. Seems like I had a key problem despite it working before I updated it. Sorry it took so long but I stopped playing DayZ and this was only really meant to be a test. Anyways feel free to try it out now. :)
